Disease - TB, Smallpox, Polio, MRSA, etc.

Drought - Lack of water, loss of crops, industrial closing

Earthquake -Building and Structural failure, injuries

Extreme Heat (Moderate) - heat-high risk population impacted

Fires-Structural (High) - damaged or loss of building, home, injuries

Flood - Rain, flash flood, rising streams and rivers

Gas Leak - explosion potential, injuries

Hazardous Materials (Moderate) - truck or train accident, industrial accident

Hurricane (Moderate) - Wind-driven rain, high winds, massive clean-up

Power Outages (Low-Moderate depending on the degree of construction near you)

Radiological Incident - truck or train accident, nuclear plant (Citrus)

Terrorism - loss of key structures, mass casualties

Thefts -Robbery, injury

Severe Weather (High) - Thunderstorms with lightning and wind - fire, injuries, hail

Tornadoes (Moderate) - High winds

Tropical Storm (Moderate)

Wildfires - loss of structures, loss of life,

Winter Storms - loss of power, loss of life, property damage, extensive clean-up
